TeenNick HALO Awards

Each year, the TeenNick HALO awards celebrates teens who work hard to make the world a better place. This year, the audience included Key Clubbers from the California-Nevada-Hawaii and California-Nevada-Hawaii KIWIN's districts. They were there not only to celebrate the work of their peers, but also to see how other teens have made differences in their communities—and meet a celebrity or two who value service.

Four teens were honored at this year’s awards. Honorees focused on such important, worldwide issues as autism, access to proper nutrition and gender equality. Read more about each teen’s story.

Do you know an inspiring teen who’s making the world a better place? Nominate them for next year’s HALO Awards. All nominations are due by December 31, 2013.
