Kiwanis partner Sister Cities International is sharing scholarship opportunities for high school students who are interested in expanding their horizons and studying abroad.  The U.S. Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs offers scholarships to high school students (ages 15-18) to study abroad for one academic year. International exchange programs give you the opportunity to establish long-lasting ties with people around the globe, promote mutual understanding, learn a new language and develop global leadership skills.
