Meet Sofia Carson.

Sofia Carson is an award-winning actor, singer, producer and UNICEF ambassador who has forged a singular path in film, music and philanthropy. As a fierce advocate for children’s rights, Carson has dedicated her voice to advancing education and equality around the world. She has traveled with UNICEF to Brazil and Tanzania to champion the protection of women and girls, spoken at Capitol Hill in support of the Keeping Girls in School Act and addressed the United Nations alongside Secretary-General António Guterres on the International Day to Protect Education from Attack. She was honored by the United Nations Correspondents Association as Global Advocate of the Year.

On screen, Carson earned worldwide acclaim for her leading role in Netflix’s “Purple Hearts,” for which she was an executive producer and cowrote the soundtrack. She went on to star in “Carry-On” from Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment, “The Life List” and “My Oxford Year,” each debuting at No. 1 on Netflix’s Global Top 10 Films list in the same year. Her earlier credits include Michael Bay’s “Songbird,” Netflix’s “Feel the Beat,” “Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists” and Disney’s global phenomenon “Descendants.”

A multiplatinum songwriter and singer, Carson recently performed “Moon River” with Andrea Bocelli on his “Duets – 30th Anniversary” album and collaborated with BTS star Jimin on the record “Slow Dance.” Her Diane Warren-penned song “Applause” earned an Academy Award® nomination. Over her career, Carson’s music has surpassed 4 billion streams worldwide.


Meet Terayle Hill.

Terayle Hill is an Emmy Award-winning filmmaker, actor and producer from Moreno Valley, California, U.S. With over a decade of experience across television, film and digital media, Hill has credits for more than 50 projects, such as “Judas and the Black Messiah,” “Cobra Kai,” “All American” and “Step Up: High Water.”

A graduate of Clark Atlanta University, Hill is passionate about using storytelling to educate and empower. He leads workshops and speaks on campuses, helping students build real-world skills in media and content creation. His work with Key Club’s longtime international service partner, Thirst Project, also inspires young people to take action and make a real difference in their communities.

In addition, Hill is a musician and cofounder of Everybodies Inc., where he creates content at the intersection of culture, education and innovation — inspiring the next generation to tell meaningful stories and make a lasting impact.


Meet Olivia Zhang.

Olivia Zhang is a full-time student at Harvard University and the founder and CEO of Cancer Kids First, a global nonprofit she launched when she was just 14 years old. Inspired by the loss of her grandfather and elementary school teacher to cancer, Zhang turned her grief into action, creating a supportive, welcoming community for pediatric cancer patients and the young people who want to help them.

Today, Cancer Kids First is the world’s largest youth-led cancer nonprofit, with over 43,000 volunteers in 80 countries. Zhang also is a social media creator with more than 200,000 followers and a dynamic public speaker who has presented on the TEDx stage, at international health conferences and at over 50 high schools nationwide. She serves on nonprofit boards, mentors young changemakers and continues to prove that age is never a limit to impact.

Her honors include being named the youngest 2026 Forbes 30 Under 30 Social Impact Honoree, a 2025 L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth and a 2023 Diana Legacy Award recipient.


Meet Derrick Furlow Jr.

Derrick Furlow Jr. is a former collegiate and professional athlete with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies and a master’s degree in sports psychology, both completed in four years at the University of Tennessee, U.S. As founder of Sport Life Business, he speaks nationwide and has authored several influential books, including “What’s Next? How to Transition Like a Champion” and “The Transition Playbook.” He is also co-author of “Athlete to Entrepreneur” and other e-books. Furlow is chief athletic officer and cofounder of Onrise, a pioneering athlete mental health company, and president of XHunger, a nonprofit dedicated to helping end hunger in America.


Meet Jill Cumnock.

Jill Cumnock is the chief executive officer for Ronald McDonald House Dallas (RMHD), where she recently celebrated a 15-year tenure of dedicated service. Cumnock’s leadership is informed by a deep clinical background. Before joining RMHD, she served as the executive director of Frisco Family Servies and held key roles as program director for Bryan’s House, a clinical therapist at Jewish Family Service of Dallas and a milieu therapist at Children’s Medical Center Dallas.

A lifelong advocate for the nonprofit sector, Cumnock holds a Bachelor of Science degree in child development and family relations from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in social work from the University of Texas at Arlington. A graduate of Leadership Frisco and the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Executive Leadership Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, Cumnock is highly active in the professional community. She is a past board member for the Nonprofit CEO Council and is a member of the Addison Rotary. Her contributions have earned her numerous accolades, including Frisco Style Magazine’s 2008 Person of the Year and an “Inspiring Woman of the Southwest” by the National Council of Jewish Women. In 2023, she was proud to see RMHD recognized as a “Longhorn 100” top business by her alma mater.
