    To start the application process for Key Club International awards, send the following forms to your district administrator before the district convention to nominate your Key Club for district– and international–level recognition.

    Distinguished District Officer Awards

      District governors, secretaries, treasurers, secretary-treasurers, editors, and webmasters must submit their complete portfolios to Key Club International within 30 days after the close of their district convention or by the last Friday in April, whichever comes first. Submissions received after the deadline will not be recognized. Portfolios may be submitted in one of the following ways:

      • Online: Upload your materials using the official form.
      • By Mail: Send physical binders to the Kiwanis International office in Indianapolis.

      To be considered for a Distinguished District Officer Award, you must use the entry forms provided below and ensure your portfolio is complete.

        This document includes instructions, cover sheets and section labels that you must use to apply for the distinguished district officer awards. Each district administrator can select the means of applying — either a shared file folder on a digital cloud service like Google Drive or a traditional physical binder. Follow the instructions from your district administrator and provide them with time to verify your submission.
