Calling all designers! Get ready to show off your creativity — the 2025 Key Club International Convention Design Contest is officially open!  

 This year’s convention is in Orlando, Florida, U.S., and the contest is your chance to design the official graphic for the Florida District’s welcome guide. In fact, the winning design will be showcased onstage at the convention! Remember, our theme for 2025 is A Century of Service.

 All submissions:  

  • Are due by May 19 at 11:59 p.m. ET/8:59 p.m. PT.  
  • Must be 1080 x 1080 pixels.  
  • Must follow the official brand guide regarding logos, fonts, colors, etc. (See the link to the guide in the submission form.) 
  • Should reflect at least one core value of Key Club.  
  • Should be a public share link.

Creativity and originality  Exceptionally unique and creative design that stands out and effectively communicates the theme and purpose of the convention.  A creative and original design that effectively represents the convention’s theme and purpose.  A reasonably creative design that somewhat represents the convention’s theme and purpose.  A somewhat generic or unoriginal design with minor connections to the convention’s theme.  A generic and unoriginal design that lacks connection to the convention’s theme. 
Relevance to Key Club values/international convention  Clearly integrates Key Club and the international convention’s theme, value and mission into the design, demonstrating a strong understanding of the organization.  Effectively incorporates Key Club and international convention values and mission into the design, showcasing an understanding of the organization.  Includes some elements related to Key Club and the international convention’s values but may lack depth or clarity.  Shows limited relevance to Key Club values, with minimal understanding of the organization.  Fails to incorporate any Key Club values into the design. 
Visual Appeal  Visually stunning with a cohesive and well-balanced composition, excellent use of color and attention to detail.  Pleasing to the eye with a good composition, use of color and attention to detail.  Adequately visually appealing with some issues in composition, color or detail.  Somewhat lacks visual appeal due to issues in composition, color or detail.  Poor visual appeal with significant issues in composition, color and detail. 
Overall Impact  The design has a powerful and memorable impact, leaving a lasting impression on viewers.  The design has a strong impact and is likely to be remembered by viewers.  The design has a moderate impact but may not be as memorable.  The design has a limited impact and may be forgettable.  The design lacks impact and fails to leave a lasting impression.
