Why did you join Key Club?
I joined Key Club to explore who I am and what I can do for my community. It was an opportunity for me to leave my comfort zone and help others at the same time. Many upperclassmen recommended Key Club as a way to build leadership skills, meet people from all kinds of backgrounds and make the world a better place. By joining Key Club, I found out how rewarding service can be.

Why did you run for the Key Club International board?:
Last year, I served as the Kansas District governor, and I was able to see the impact of my fellow members on a larger scale. In the past three years, I witnessed truly inspiring acts of service, dedication and kindness from diverse students who joined together to serve the world. My experience in Key Club prompted me to take another step in serving my community.
What are you most looking forward to this year?
I am most looking forward to seeing a comeback of all the missed service projects and events from the past year.
What do you like most about Key Club International?
The thing I like most about Key Club International is that every member has the same goal: to positively change their community.
What is your favorite Key Club memory and why?
My favorite Key Club memory is the drive home from DCON a few years ago. On the bus ride, my friends and I were riding the energy from the exciting weekend and chatted about meeting new friends from across the state and the fun events. While we were a bit tired from the busy three days, we enjoyed talking about the memories made from our first district convention.
