About Emma

I am an avid reader and writer! I love getting creative and meeting new people. When I’m not volunteering, you can find me exploring Los Angeles or studying at my favorite coffee shop. In addition to being a trustee, I am the editor in chief of my school newspaper and am involved Future Business Leaders of America.

What are you most looking forward to this year as trustee?

I am looking forward to getting to know to my districts and (safely) maximizing the impact of service in our communities.

Favorite Key Club memory

My favorite Key Club memory is the 2019 CNH KIWIN’S Fall Rally. As district governor, I got to see the planning that went into my favorite district event. I made so many unforgettable memories with our district board. And of course, there’s nothing that gives you the same energy and pride as being on stage in front of 600 members, screaming at the top of their lungs.

Favorite service project

My favorite service event was volunteering at the annual UCLA Craniofacial Picnic. The event is dedicated to UCLA patients, children especially, with congenital abnormalities or acquired craniofacial anomalies. The entire event was filled with laughter, fun and lots of dancing! We got to interact with patients and host fun activities for them. Volunteering at the picnic was a very memorable and meaningful experience for me.
