The staff at the International Office is always at your service and encourages you to write or call with questions or concerns. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
Member Services
The Kiwanis International Member Services Department is staffed to assist you with Q&A, address concerns and feedback and advise on club admin and governance tasks. They can also take orders for resource materials and/or Kiwanis Family Store merchandise.

Media
The Kiwanis International public relations department monitors public attitudes, and helps maintain mutual relations and understanding between Kiwanis and its publics. It strives to improve channels of communication and to establish new methods to ensure a two-way flow of information and understanding. Efforts exist externally—with media and others, and internally—with staff, employees, members, etc., as internal communications are just as important as external communications.
