We’re just one day away from gathering in Dallas, Texas, U.S., for the 2026 Key Club International Convention!
To help you make the most of every convention moment, here are a few important reminders and last-minute details so you can arrive prepared:
Required forms
All attendees, chaperones and members — including adults — must complete the required forms before arriving at convention. Please print and submit completed copies to your convention group chaperone:
- Review and sign the Code of Conduct (page 8).
- Complete the Medical Authorization Form (page 9).
- Complete the Event Publicity Waiver and Release Form (page 10).
These forms can be found in the registration confirmation packet.
Download the convention app
The official Yapp convention app is now live! Before you arrive, download it and sign up using the email address you used for convention registration — so you can get schedules, updates and important convention information.
Make your voice heard
Certified delegates will elect the 2026-27 Key Club International Board and vote on amendments to the Key Club International Bylaws. Delegates from each club represented at the convention must bring a signed copy of the certificate of election (found on page 7 in the registration confirmation packet) and be registered in advance for the 2026 House of Delegates. Be prepared by reviewing the list of candidates and the proposed amendments to bylaws.
Contests
Talent acts and oratory contestants must sign up for an audition time at the registration desk near Peacock Terrace by 4 p.m. CT on Wednesday, July 1. Auditions will follow the opening session at 9 p.m.
Service project
We’re excited to announce this year’s convention service project: assembly of 200 laundry care kits for the Ronald McDonald House Dallas (RMHD) and 200 activity box kits for The Jared Box Project, which will be distributed to RMHD and local children’s hospitals. If you have not already, connect with your district administrator to find out what items are still needed.
